Shipping Restrictions for Byrna Products

Important Notice: Regulations regarding Byrna products vary by state and municipality. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your area before purchasing. These shipping restrictions apply only to direct-to-consumer online sales and may not apply to purchases from authorized local dealers. We do not offer legal advice. General Restrictions:

• Byrna Max Products: Currently, we do not ship any Byrna Max products to California, Michigan, New York, or Wisconsin.

• Byrna Pepper Products: Currently, we do not ship any Byrna Pepper products to California or New York.

• Byrna Less-Lethal 12 Gauge Rounds: Currently, we do not ship Byrna Less-Lethal 12 Gauge Rounds to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, or Washington D.C.

Product-Specific Restrictions:

• BGR Max 0.5 oz: Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, New York, Washington D.C., or Wisconsin.

• BGR Hell Pepper 0.5 oz: Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or New York.

• BGR Hell Pepper 2 oz: Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, or New York.

• 5ct/10ct 12Gram CO2 Cylinders cannot be shipping to Hawaii, New York (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, NewYork, Queens, Yonkers, Staten Island), San Francisco.

• 10ct 8 gram CO2 Cylinders cannot be shipped to Hawaii, New York (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, New York, Queens, Staten Island, and Yonkers), San Francisco. 

California Shipping Restrictions:

• Permitted Products: We currently ship the TCR-Tactical Compact Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna Kinetic Launcher Kits (containing only Kinetic Solid and Eco Kinetic projectiles – no chemical rounds).

• Prohibited Shipments: We do not ship any products to San Francisco.

• General Disclaimer: Each customer is responsible for checking the laws in their area before purchasing, as state, county, and local regulations may vary.

New York Shipping Restrictions:

• Permitted Products: We ship the Tactical Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna SD/SD XL Kinetic Kits to most areas of New York State.

• Prohibited Products: We do not ship Max or Pepper projectiles or Pepper Kits to New York State.

• Prohibited Shipments: We do not ship any products to New York City (including the five boroughs and Yonkers).
